Can you make custom cabinets?
MyMMI does not make custom cabinets however, if you are in need of a custom cabinet visit our MMI residential site here
Do cabinets come flat packed?
All cabinets come fully assembled.
What material are the cabinets made from?
The board we use is Laminex 16mm TE White Melteca board with a white satin finish. All of our board is manufactured in New Zealand from sustainably grown New Zealand pine.
How do I add special requirements?
Any special requirements that you may have can be added in the notes section of our planner tool . These can range from – No Handle Holes, No doors but include hinges and mounts or no doors, no hinges or mounts.

Do wardrobes come flat packed?
Our wardrobes do come flat packed as they need to be installed in the wardrobe space
Do you offer wardrobe doors?
We do not supply any wardrobe doors.
Can I order multiple wardrobes at once?
Yes of course you can the best way of doing this is to create separate orders, this helps keep the items separate and makes it clear where each element belongs.

MyMMI is a do-it yourself serviceyou are after a quote or more help during the process please contact MMI residential, note you can always check the price by adding all the items that you would like to your chart.
Do you have stock of your products?
Cabinets, benchtops and wardrobe products are manufactured to order
What are your payment options?
Cabinets, benchtops and wardrobe products are manufactured to order. Meaning we do require payment to be made in full; when an order is placed
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Typically; our order time is between 7-14 working days, and delivery time will vary based on location. Please check in with our team when an order is placed and they will give you a guide.

Installation
Can you install my order?
We do not install any orders through MyMMI, if you would like help with installation please contact MMI residential
Can you cut out a space for sinks or cooktops?
Unfortunately, we do not provide sink or cooktop cutouts for custom benchtops as it is better to do this during the installation
Do I need anything to install my order?
Our cabinets are delivered fully assembled, though minor adjustments may be needed for hinges or drawer fronts. Screws, L-brackets, and other accessories are not included but can be purchased on our website under ‘Extras’.

Pick Up and Delivery
How do I pick up my order What is the process for picking up my order?
Your order will be manufactured between 7 – 14 days. Once ready, you’ll receive an email confirming it’s available for pickup from our factory.
What do I need to do for delivery?
You can opt for delivery during checkout when placing your order. At the ‘shipping’ stage, you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping address.
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery costs are determined by the size of your order and your location. After adding items to your shopping cart, you can use the shipping calculator located at the bottom of the page.
What if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our office as soon as possible, so we can arrange for a replacement for you

Where can I see these products?
Unfortunately, MyMMI does not have a showroom however if you are interested in seeing some of our products please visit one of our sister companies
Do these products come with a warranty?
We provide a comprehensive 10-year warranty on all our products. If there is any issue with workmanship, quality, hardware, or fittings, we guarantee hassle-free replacements at no charge.
How long does it take to make my order?
Your order will be manufactured between 7 – 14 working days. Note this does not include delivery times.
