Refund & Return Policy
Our commitment is to replace or exchange items in the following circumstances:
- The item is damaged.
- The item does not match its description on the website.
Upon installation or use of our products, you acknowledge and accept their quality. This policy aligns with our commitment to ‘quality guaranteed’.
If we are unable to replace goods, a refund will be offered. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original invoice. Freight charges are non-refundable.

We will respond within 2 working days to initiate resolution procedures as per the guidelines above.
Cancellation Policy
We offer full refunds if production of your order has not commenced. For errors or mistakes, we collaborate with you to find solutions. Returns of unused white products in ‘as new’ condition are accepted. Please note that custom colour items cannot be refunded once manufacturing has begun.

Warranty
MyMMI provides a 10-year warranty on cabinets and benchtops:
We warrant our cabinets, wardrobes, and benchtops to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers particle board, hardware, and workmanship, excluding installation errors, modifications, normal wear and tear, or water damage.
In case of a covered defect, MyMMI will refund, repair, or replace the affected product at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, a similar product of equal or greater value will be provided.
To file a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and details of the defect. Further instructions will be provided upon review of your claim.
MyMMI shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
Pricing Policy
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of New Zealand taxes.
Location Policy
MyMMI operates exclusively within New Zealand.
Export Policy
Our products are available for sale only within New Zealand.
